I saw this poster on a billboard whilst in Bangkok last year.

I often draw “Happy Cells” when I’m running workshops or seeing clients, and this made me think of one of those. I have no idea what the script says !!!

Our cells are happy and healthy if we are happy and healthy, and vice versa.

What can we do to put a smile on their faces?

  • Peace of mind
  • Positive thoughts and outlook
  • Healthy diet
  • Healthy lifestyle
  • Exercise
  • Water!!!

Smiling has a ripple effect, both inwards (to our cells, which pick up on that positive vibration) and outwards (to those around us). Let’s face it, it’s quite difficult not to reciprocate a smile.

Smiling, like laughing, is good for your health. If you have a smile on your face, it’s likely that you have a smile on your heart too.

If you spend your day with a smile on your face, you should get lots of smiles back from people (or strange looks depending on where you are!!)  and it will raise both your own vibration and that of those around you.
